I began my Hot Yoga journey at Melt in February 2016 in an effort to become more flexible as well as recover from my 4th Marathon. The heat helped immensely and it was exciting to gain flexibility and get into poses I never thought were possible for my tight runner’s body! Then Melt introduced Inferno Hot Pilates and for me it was the ultimate Game Changer. After consistent practice of Hot Yoga combined with 2-3x a week of Hot Pilates my body transformed into its best fitness form ever. This fueled my desire to deepen my knowledge of the Hot Pilates Program, becoming an instructor to share with others my passion, strength and growth in a whole-body fitness regime knowing there was much more to Melt Hot Yoga than the physical practice, rather a community.
