Michelle Smith began a Vinyasa style practice almost four years ago in an attempt to help heal a hamstring injury. Shortly thereafter, she took her first hot yoga class and immediately fell in love. As the days and weeks passed, Michelle quickly learned that yoga is about much more than the physical benefits it brings to our bodies. Learning to silence the chatter of her mind and be present in the moment transcended into every realm of Michelle’s life. Her relationships, career, and health all improved, and Michelle’s desire was to share her love with other people. Michelle completed her teaching training at Melt and enjoys every moment of teaching and continuing her own yoga practice.
