Kathy first stepped onto a yoga mat over 12 years ago, after many years of aerobics started to take its toll. Realizing early on that yoga was much more than postures, a new journey began. Over the years, Kathy has attended several workshops with Baron Baptiste, Rolf Gates, Shiva Rea and Pradeep Teotia. She was trained by Molly Cornell at Melt Hot Yoga where she continues to practice and teach in the amazing yoga community that continues to inspire her. Kathy does her best to take what she is learning on her mat: to use the postures with controlled breathing and a focused mind to become more aware, in her approach to life and self discovery. Her hope is to share this with others.
