Jess first came to Melt with her mom looking to share in a new activity to help relieve the stressors of everyday life. She found an instant connection with the practice and community that Melt had to offer After finishing work each day, yoga provides Jess with both the physical and mental exercise she desires, and Melt’s studio offers a friendly and encouraging environment close to home. Having endured multiple knee surgeries to repair a torn ACL, yoga presented Jess with a low-impact yet high-intensity workout that has allowed her to reach new levels of strength and flexibility. After practicing for two years, Jess trained under Molly Cornell and received her RYT-200 yoga teacher certification. As a teacher, Jess hopes to share her passion for yoga with others.
