Join Jennifer Ciarimboli & Rachel Buckman for this lighthearted and fun inversion workshop. Starting at the foundation learn conditioning techniques including partner assists which will break down headstand, forearm stand and handstand. You will learn to build confidence with a new foundation by tuning into many of the key alignment principles you are already familiar with. Inversions are some of the most powerful of the asanas, not only strengthening one physically but also emotionally and mentally. Inversions stimulate circulation, relieve stress, improve posture, digestion and elimination, among many other benefits. Take a step outside of your comfort zone while exploring and developing important spatial awareness to confront any fear you may have of being upside down.
