Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training Class based on Pilates principles.   This high-energy class builds a strong core and helps to create long, lean muscles.  Room heated to 95.  Loud music.  Join the the party!

Bikram 2 Silent

Bikram 2 Silent

A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.  The teacher does not speak during class but instead leads the group by practicing with everyone.  This is a more spiritual and calming practice.  You must have taken at least one Bikram 1 or 2 class before coming to a Silent Class.

Room heated to 105 degrees

Class works the entire musculoskeletal system of the body and improves the flexibility of the spine. First 50 minutes of poses are standing. The rest of class in on the floor.

All levels class. Beginners welcome.

This is a vinyasa flow class where poses flow from one to the next with an emphasis on breath.

Postures include ones for hip-opening and core-strengthening.

Class is set to music.

Room is heated to 105 degrees.

All levels class.  Beginners welcome.

Inappropriate Yoga

Inappropriate Yoga

This is a Hot Vinyasa class  but with more of an energetic fast-pace.

Music is loud and upbeat with suggestive lyrics, rap music and other elements that may be considered Inappropriate by some.  Let your hair down and have some fun on Friday nights!

Room is heated to 105 degrees.
All levels class.
We recommend that you take at least one hot vinyasa class before attending this class.

Class is typically held one Friday night a month.
